| | What is it about Indiana??? | | I was born in Indian and so was my hubby, we were married 16 years ago and promptly moved to Green Bay (wisc.) and then went to Nashville TN, then came back to Indiana, Then we moved to South Carolina, then Kentucky, Ohio, and THEN Back to Indiana!! We then tried to get out again and moved to California, Oregon, Nevada, and then Iowa - OF COURSE - We ended back in Indiana!!! WHY cant we get away???????? What is it about Indiana?? Even when I was a kid my parents had moved to texas and I lived there for 8 years. We really have no family here, most of mine is in Florida. My hubbies is in kentucky now. It is kind of scary and we have come to call it the "Curse of Indiana"!! | |
| | What is the weather like where you are today? How is it affecting your day? | | Most of eastern Canada and the US are experiencing a massive storm system this weekend. We are expecting 2 feet (60 cm) of snow today. I know that this will definitely affect our plans for the day. We will likely not be able to leave the house today. This is inconvenient, since I use my weekend time for meal planning and shopping, and yesterday we focused on Christmas shopping. I live in Massachusetts, a New England state in the USA. The usual weather for this area is Hot in the summer, Cool in the spring, Snow and cold in the winter and in the Fall warm and cool days with cooler evenings.
Well here it is Jan 5th. We have not had more than 1/2 an inch of snow so far this winter. Today it is 63 degrees, where it should be in the 30's. This weekend they are predicting 66 degrees on Saturday...should I get ready for a visit to the beach or what.
